Elaine is our Project Manager bringing a number of years of corporate experience to WhatOnEarthIsGoingOn?  Most recently, she worked for three years as part of the Commercial & Procurement Services team at WPP. With a particular focus on Knowledge Management across WPP’s media, advertising, PR and research businesses, Elaine has gained valuable cross-sector experience in financial analysis, negotiation and project management.

While at WPP, Elaine also became involved with the global Corporate Responsibility programme. She created and ran CSR workshops to encourage debate and action on environmental and social issues in the supply chain. She also calculated WPP’s global carbon footprint and was instrumental in WPP becoming carbon neutral in 2007.

Prior to her time at WPP, Elaine worked in media sales in London and Dublin where she graduated with a degree in Politics and Spanish. As well as working full time, in the last two years Elaine has dedicated a lot of her spare time to studying an MSc in Development Management. She recently passed her first milestone by achieving a Postgraduate Certificate in Development Management and is taking a break from her studies while she tries to find out WhatOnEarthIsGoingOn?
