How can I TakePart?

UK documentaries?
WhatOnEarth partners with Channel 4’s BRITDOC Foundation to connect companies to causes and causes to cash registers through issue-based documentaries. The first instance of this was connecting Waitrose to The End of the Line, which BRITDOC assisted with funding and executive produced.
WhatOnEarth is currently working with a range of BRITDOC documentaries, including: Town of Runners, which tells the story of the Ethiopian athletics coach who lives in a tiny, isolated village and trained four Beijing Olympic Gold Medal winners; Burning Needs, about the destruction of the rain forest by Honduran farmers; and Moving To Mars, about Burmese refugees being located to Sheffield.
BRITDOC is a new social entrepreneurship organization which brings new thinking to public service delivery and exists to nurture new talent and new approaches in documentary filmmaking. BRITDOC brings a completely new way – alongside television – to develop, fund and distribute the work of the next generation of UK documentary filmmakers.
